Isn’t it amazing how time flies?
This year we achieve yet another milestone in PAAET history. PAAET celebrates its 30th year anniversary. As we cross this monumental event, let us remember the key individuals who started PAAET. A small group of Filipino-Americans met each other during the 1982 World’s Fair in Knoxville. After that, in 1984, PAAET was formed.
PAAET was created primarily to bring the Filipino-American community together. Together we enhance friendship and fellowship among the Filipino-American families in Knoxville and surrounding counties. We participate in local and regional events to preserve and exercise the Filipino culture and traditions.
11 am – 5 pm, Sacred Heart Gymnasium.
PAAET will provide lechon (roast pork) and chicken. We will have a short entertainment to showcase our local talent.
